Beautiful hotel

The view is unique of the race course from the balcony in the room and the restaurant. The hotel is perfect. Great parking, nice big rooms and extremely clean. Breakfast is good also.

The water of the indoor pool could have been warmer. There were not enough waiters when the hotel had a lot of people.

Good destination near the beautiful beaches of this area

The hotel is situated next to a racecourse which was lovely to see the horses being exercised in the morning. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice and traditional cakes.

This could be a wonderful hotel, but needs to have a bar open before 7,30 pm, you cannot get a drink on arrival. We got the impression the staff are set in their ways. The restaurant is disappointing, we were served mostly ex frozen food.

Very lovely hotel with exceptional view

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are a very good size. Bed comfy and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good with lots to choose from. The view of the Hippodrome is exceptional. Parking is great and the hotel is in easy reach from the highway. There is also dinner available and the food is very good. This is our third time staying at this hotel and will definitely stay again.

Our AC did not seem to work but we did not ask about it, we just used a blanket as the room was still cosy. On our last day, there were over 200 people for breakfast, and there was a shortage of staff, so we had to wait a long time for tea/coffee and other food items when they finished.

We really like this hotel- have stayed here several times before. It has spacious rooms, the location is good and a balc

The bed was not so comfortable. There seem to be fewer staff around and areas are often closed - such as the coffee area - it is difficult to get a hot drink other than at breakfast

The room was clean Very big and easy parking to park your car.

Hotel is isolated, and you need a car The food at the restaurant was not of good quality. Breakfast was adequate provided you went early.after 9, the buffet was not stocked properly and was difficult to find a place to sit because due to the lack of staff tables were not cleaned. Although the hotel was not so busy, I was refused late check out at 12. Swimming pools inside and outside are very shallow and therefore suitable for children only. Ac in the room worked the first day only.afterwards it was switched off.

Hotel was impeccably clean. Large spacious rooms and bathrooms. Lovely breakfast with gf options. Gym was adequate and outside pool was simply lovely.

Gym opens kindof late. Would have preferred to do my session early morning.

Wonderful

Was clean, great staff with alot of patience, nice pools and amenities. Nice bfast variety and always full of food and sweets.!

Bfast , hot food was cold 2 times out of 4 times, Had a couples treatment of 170 euros that was more of a oil rub then a massage, the volume of the music was very loud, room was cold and to top it all when the 'massage' ended they left the room and never told us we were done and waited 20 min in the then we left, had included an apperitive that was neither gives and the masseuse have just left and then was called in the room.to go have it in the morning ????‍️????‍️.

Good location, excellent staff but breakfast needs to be improved.

The room was very clean and spacious. The pool was clean as well and not crowded. Location was good but you have to have a car ideally. Staff was very friendly and let us use the bar's microwave as well.

Breakfast room was a bit too warm and, breakfast was very limited, except for cakes and dessert. English breakfast consisted only of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. No salads. Replenishing of food was very slow.

This is the second time we stayed there. Loved it just the same. Very clean, comfortable and the food is very good and fresh. Rooms are lovely and spacious and beds are very comfy. Will definitely go again.

Good family holiday

The room was boiling hot with a/C off. B'fast is good but need better co ordination. There always items missing from the buffet table. Some servers need to be more polite when answering a question from a customer. I would have preferred that the gym opens early in the morning rather than it opens after bfast.

I liked the hotel itself, modern and clean. Easy parking.

The breakfast wasn't good at all. Eggs and bacon were cold and the pastries were only fresh on one of the days.

Fantastic peaceful place to stay in with highlights of the Ippodromo Horse racing track

The hotel is very comfortable, very clean, the room was big with comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom was fine too. We ate at the restaurant in the evening which was very convenient and the food was good and prices reasonable. However I was fascinated to see the horse track right outside the windows of the hotel. I loved looking out whilst taking breakfast or dinner, seeing the horses go by. It truly was a highlight. The view was also amazing. There was a real lot to choose from for breakfast and everything was fresh. There is good parking too. We also used the indoor pool, which we found very convenient and the water temperature was also good. I would definitely love to go there again. It's a must.
